The Position

中央市场部实习生 - 罗氏眼科 (Roche Ophthalmology)

实习时长:[至少3个月,每周至少4天]

职位概述

该实习岗位主要负责协助收集、清洗多来源业务数据,并运用Excel等工具进行基础分析及报表维护;在指导下将数据转化为业务洞察,支持分析报告撰写;制作专业的PowerPoint演示文稿;同时参与标杆医院等项目,协助完成信息整理与跨部门协作支持.

任职要求

1. 学历背景:本科或研究生在读学生,专业不限。

2. 核心能力:

  • 扎实的数据处理能力:精通Microsoft Excel(熟练使用函数、数据透视表、图表制作等),具备良好的数据敏感度和严谨性,能高效准确地进行数据整理和初步分析。
  • 出色的逻辑思维能力:能够理解复杂信息,梳理清晰逻辑,并将其有效呈现。
  • 熟练的幻灯片制作能力:精通Microsoft PowerPoint,能够制作结构清晰、视觉美观的幻灯片。

3. 关键素质:

  • 积极主动,责任心强:对工作有热情,主动学习,能承担交付的任务并确保质量。
  • 细致认真,注重细节:对数据准确性有高要求。
  • 快速学习能力:能够快速理解医药行业和市场部基本知识。
  • 良好的团队协作精神。
  • 具有良好的应变能力,能够应对突发情况。

4. 优先考虑:

  • 211及以上大学背景优先。
  • 对医药行业,特别是眼科领域有兴趣者优先。
  • 有相关实习经验(市场、数据分析、咨询等)者优先。
