Job Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for exploring GenAI application scenarios in the cross-border e-commerce field, designing and implementing GenAI applications
  • Participate in formulating the company's GenAI application technology route and provide support for the company's technology strategy
  • Track the latest technological developments in the GenAI and LLM fields and introduce new technologies.
  • Be responsible for the entire process of engineering projects from the start to delivery, including detailed requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment and operation
  • Apply engineering best practices and continuously improve team processes to enhance efficiency
  • Work in a rapidly developing start-up environment, adopt agile development, and complete work tasks quickly and effectively

Job Requirements

  • have practical experience in developing multiple GenAI application scenarios, including but not limited to content generation and intelligent customer service.
  • Have experience as the technical leader of the GenAI application development team.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the design and development of e-commerce systems. More than 5 years of experience in AI application development.
  • Deeply understand the principles of GenAI and LLM, and be familiar with related technologies of large models, such as ChatGpt, DeepSeek, Llama, Gemini, Doubao, Tongyi Qianwen, Wenxin Yiyan, etc. Familiar with the development of AI agents, such as AutoGPT, LangChain, LangGraph, etc. Be familiar with prompt word engineering.
  • Have strong self-motivation, be able to learn quickly and get down to work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent English (reading and writing)
  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science and Engineering or related fields from well-known universities is preferred
