本岗位将直接向区域销售经理汇报,以下职位描述供您参考:

主要工作内容:

1、提高销售业绩努力实现公司业务目标

2、负责Walter刀具的销售和客户管理

3、发展直销客户和经销商

5、向客户介绍和推广Walter产品,刀具性能以及交流加工方案。必要时需要现场演示和试切

6、协助客户选择合适的刀具

7、向客户提供高质量的售前和售后服务

8、寻找新项目机会,包括OEM项目

9、严格执行公司经销商管理政策,通过经销商来推动和发展公司销售业务

10、负责Walter品牌的市场活动,提高市场份额、品牌形象和客户满意度

11、持续提高客户的生产效率、降低成本、提高客户忠诚度

12、完成经理指派的相关工作

13、按时完成并提交销售工作报告

14、签署商务合同并提供后续服务

15、控制信用风险

任职要求 :

机械专业本科以上学历

至少三年以上数控机床或金属切削刀具行业背景

丰富的刀具销售经验

熟悉当地机加工市场及客户

良好的沟通能力和自我激励意识

独立工作能力并愿意接受新的挑战

基本的英语听、说、读、写能力
