We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious and entrepreneurial members to join the new Quantuma Hong Kong team. Quantuma Hong Kong is looking for an Assistant Manager / Senior Associate to manage and deliver complex, cross-border restructuring and insolvency engagements from inception to closure.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and execute complex cross border restructuring and insolvency engagements, particularly across Quantuma offices.
  • Work closely with senior management to create value for clients in high-stakes, distressed situations.
  • Critically analyse financial information and business requirements to produce turnaround strategies.
  • Produce high-quality client written content and verbal updates and presentations.
  • Reports to the Managing Directors in the Hong Kong Office or Managing Directors in other Quantuma offices on cross-border assignments.

Experience required:

  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  • Professionally qualified – CA/CFA/CPA/ACA/ACCA.
  • 4 - 6 years relevant experience - insolvency (liquidation, personal bankruptcy, receivership) both in Hong Kong and cross border, ideally working for a Big 4 or reputable consulting firm is preferred, although other backgrounds will also be considered.
  • Strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment and manage engagement independently.
  • Willing to travel (where possible).
