岗位概述:

个险业务发展经理将负责推动个险业务的增长和发展,优化销售流程, 实施创新业务策略,并确保卓越的客户服务。 需要在销售运营管理、业务转型和跨部门合作方面具有丰富经验,并能为客户创造更好的价值。

岗位职责:

  1. 业务分析发展与销售规划
  • 协助部门负责人,处理和分析销售数据,制定并执行个险业务发展战略,推动业务增长。
  • 分析市场趋势和销售数据,识别潜在的业务机会,并协助部门负责人深入分析指定细分市场及潜在机会并指定相应的销售计划。
  • 与各部门紧密合作,确保销售目标的实现。

  2. 客户关系管理
  • 建立和维护客户的良好关系,确保高水平的客户满意度。  
  • 收集并分析客户反馈,改进产品和服务,满足客户需求。

  2. 产品与服务优化产品
  • 协助部门负责人,参与产品开发和优化,实施创新和定制的保险产品,以及完整的客户和业务流程,以满足市场需求。
  • 评估并改进现有的业务流程,提升运营效率。

岗位要求:

  1. 本科及以上学历,金融,保险,市场营销等相关专业为佳。
  2. 至少五年及以上保险销售相关工作经验,具备个险业务发展,网络产品的工作经验为佳。
  3. 具备较强的市场分析能力,业务敏锐度,商业敏锐度和创新精神。
  4. 出色的人际沟通和协调能力,能有效地和各利益相关者进行沟通。
  5. 熟悉中国保险市场业务流程,相关法律法规条款,了解前端到后端的整个运营流程为佳。
  6. 良好的中文书面及口语表达能力,基础英文读写能力。
