We're looking for a
Product Development & PLM Manager
who brings both structure and artistry. Someone who ensures every product tells its story beautifully, from concept sketch to final pair.

This role bridges
Design, Merchandising, and Sourcing
, combining creative understanding with technical precision. You'll lead product development timelines, champion data excellence in
Centric PLM
, and nurture product knowledge across the team to strengthen the brand's foundation of quality and innovation.

Your Impact

  • Lead product creation
    — manage the full seasonal development calendar from concept through adoption.
  • Ensure PLM excellence
    — maintain data accuracy, material readiness, and cost transparency in Centric PLM.
  • Build collaboration
    — connect design, sourcing, and merchandising teams to deliver collections that are both inspiring and executable.
  • Elevate product mastery
    — train and mentor teams, transforming technical details into clear product stories.
  • Shape process efficiency
    — continuously refine how we develop and launch products with speed and precision.

What You Bring

  • 6–10 years of experience in
    footwear product development or PLM operations
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Product Development, Footwear Technology, or Industrial Design
    .
  • Mastery of
    Centric PLM
    , Excel, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of
    footwear construction, materials, and production processes
    .
  • A balance of
    creativity, detail orientation, and leadership
    .
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin. Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
  • Placement: Guangzhou or ShenZhen
