该职位来源于猎聘 Tasks: -Cooperate with the team to create the corresponding HMI timeline.

• Define detailed timeline and Use Jira ticket system to track, push, manage and inform status and progress. -Based on HMI timeline, track the HMI design and development progress. Push forward the blocking point to ensure the in time delivery.
• Define HMI development processes as guidance for team cooperation -Establish and maintain different Stakeholders network of Cariad, VWAG, JVs and supplier to improve cooperation by HMI developing, integration and testing. -Organize testing activities, manage error tickets and organize the debugging activities -Align with other Project managers, keep control of Change management -Lead to evaluate the HMI requirements. -Cooperate with HMI PO and Designers to track the status of framework, concept, graphic, text, image and HMI functions.

Qualification and skills: -Must: Engineering Bachelor degree in Automotive or Electrical Engineering or similar.

Nice to have: Master degree in Automotive or Electrical Engineering or similar. -Must: More than 3 years of relevant work experience in OEMs (Tier1 suppliers are also available); Nice to have:VW work experience;

Knowledge of HMI concept&graphic design, user research, text, image

• Knowledge of connectivity and infotainment functions
• Working Experience of project management, relevant certification is an advantage
• Well-founded technical understanding in EE related field in theory and exercise.
• Good team player and excellent communication skills.
• Good analysis capability, logical and lateral thinking.
• Strong ability to handle conflicts constructively.
• Excellent business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory, German is a plus
