该职位来源于猎聘 角色职责 Role Responsibility 1.

根据科室经理的工作分配,以及项目发起人的需求,启动新项目 Kick-Off project according to department managers assignment and project sponsor's requirement. 2.

根据公司规章开展相应的项目管理和质量阀的工作,直至项目关闭并完成移交 Perform project management & quality gate according to company regulation till project is closed and transferred. 3.

召集并成立项目小组,领导项目小组按项目管理计划开展工作 Call-up and build project team, lead project team to work according to Project Management Plan. 4.

制定并维护项目管理计划,组织关键的里程碑会议(报价交接,项目启动,各质量阀,项目完成) Setup and maintain the Project Management Plan, organize meeting for key milestones (transfer from acquisition, project kick-off, quality gates, project closure) 5.

监控项目进程,定期召集项目会议,形成纪要,推动小组决策,定义达到项目要求所需的措施 Monitor the project progress, organize regular project meeting, generate meeting minutes, drive the team for decision, define necessary measures to ensure project success. 6.

保持项目信息和状态的更新,准备用于内部项目评审和客户汇报的项目报告 Update project information and status report, prepare reports for internal review and customer report. 7.

参与项目预算的制定和审批 Participate the setup and approval of project budget 8.

分析项目风险,根据风险管理和升级的准则及时采取措施 Analyze project risks, take action according to risk control and guideline of escalation. 9.

作为客户在项目期间的主要联系人,和客户保持沟通交流,跟踪客户需求满足情况 Be the key customer contact person during the project, keep regular communication with customer, tracking the fulfillment of customer requirements. 10. 进行持续改进,主持项目经验教训的总结 Carry out job improvement continuously and perform lessons learned in the project. 11. 遵守法律法规,遵守并执行公司各项规章制度和相关岗位规范; Comply with laws, regulations, company regulations and relative post standards. 12. 理解并遵循质量、环境方针,遵守质量、环境管理手册,确保质量,做好本岗位的污染预防和控制工作,参与公司内外评审,并完成各类评审改善事项。 Understand and comply with the quality and environmental policy, the quality and environmental management manual, and shall make every effort to ensure the good quality, prevent and control the pollution on his position。 Participate internal / external audit and implement improvement requirements of audit. 13. 完成领导安排的其他工作 Complete other tasks arranged by manager 资质要求 Qualification Requirements 1.

全日制院校 机械或汽车相关专业毕业 本科及以上学历 Graduated in mechanical or automotive engineering faculty (full-time colleges and universities) Bachelor degree or above 2.

掌握 APQP或V模型 Mastering APQP or V model 3.

2年以上汽车及零部件行业项目管理经验 2+ years project management experience in automotive & component industry 4.

英语 English □ Basic
