该职位来源于猎聘 The main objective of the Account Executive will be to nurture and grow our customers portfolio in Central of China. We require a candidate who can be autonomous and diligent with integrity and a professional disposition. We will provide all the necessary training in order to work with and understand our products. What You'll Do:

  • Drive growth in the Central China market (mainly in Wuhan) by prospecting clients, identifying key decision-makers, presenting proposals, and securing meetings.
  • Understand and address your prospects' critical business issues, challenge traditional learning approaches, and articulate the business impact of goFLUENT's solutions.
  • Develop compelling business cases showcasing the return on investment for goFLUENTs offerings.
  • Establish consultative relationships with key influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers within your key client accounts.
  • Work alongside our experienced Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to close high-potential deals successfully.
  • Represent goFLUENT to participate the exhibitions and events.
  • Travel within your territory to support and enhance your sales efforts. What You'll Need
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, SaaS or HR solutions background is preferred
  • Good selling experience in the HR field, an existing HR network is a plus
  • Experienced in building and managing regional accounts and projects.
  • Proven ability to prospect and manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, team player.
