If so, you could be our Asst. Local Manager Service Operation. The job is based in Zhoushan, China. This role will strong support the local manager to improve the team efficiency, 3rd party management and training up the team to meet the business needs.

  • Follow up on-site safety management in area.
  • Assist manpower planning in area.
  • Care external clients and managing the projects process, involve customer complaint issues when needed.
  • Check the reports in FSM before posting to external clients and ensure the reports in area to be posted on time and accurately as well as avoid potential risk.
  • Cooperate with SOS to dispatch WO in area.
  • Support local operation manager on PPE& equipment & tools daily maintenance & calibration in region.
  • Support pre-sales activities on high level customer visit, e.g. bidding with sales & BD.
  • Build a positive work style and team culture in the area through multiple solutions, care on-site team, organize employee engagement activities, work as a good communicator, and help team members well know company/department policy.
  • Assist line manager & service management team to follow up new service strategies and transmit to area operation team.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree and above education background.
  • Customer focus in daily work as well as build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Fluent English both in speaking and written.
  • Drive engagement: to create a climate in which people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.
  • Strong cost awareness and able to well manage cost, prevent the increase of extra cost, and reduce the cost by improving the working methods.
  • Good management skills and leadership skills.
  • Min 5 years on-site service experience and have solid overall knowledge & experience in multiple industries (PC/Marine/Container), including 2 years team leader & project manager experience at least.
  • Skills: FROSIO-III or NACE II certification
  • Familiar with Office IT skill
