Currently, we are looking for a high-caliber individual to join our Finance team as a Junior Accountant based in Hong Kong.

What you'll do:
  • Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, cheque and credit card transactions
  • Update financial records via accounting software
  • Perform month-end close activities
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules for management review
  • Verify petty cash and expense claims
  • Assist in statutory audit and tax reporting
  • Maintain account receivables, assist in invoice issuance, prepare aging report and follow up on debt collection with relevant departments
  • Maintaining account payables, ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Identify and report any financial discrepancies or irregularities
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders regarding financial matters
  • Other ad-hoc tasks
What you'll need:
  • 0 - 2 years work experience in accounting; Open to Fresh Graduates with relevant majors in Finance/Accounting
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft application skills
  • Must be proactive and passionate with high attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic nature of accounting and finance
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
