Job Description
DuPont ST Litho business is looking for an energetic and passionate technical sale to manage key accounts and grow business in China. You will be tasked to defend market shares and grow new businesses with initiatives, strategy/tactics, and strong execution. The technical sales should be self-motivated and self-driven to win new businesses and enjoy on-job learning and problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Technical sales for E&I Lithography business in China
  • Key account management delivering business goals and growing market share
  • Identify, manage and deliver new business opportunities to achieve revenue, profit and growth targets
  • Develop multi-level relationship inside and outside
  • Collaborate with R&D, Engineering team, Marketing, supply chain, quality and other functions within the business to enhance project success rate
  • The candidate will report to China Sales Leader

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years' experience in semiconductor industry or electronic Materials
  • Energetic, persevere, strong drive to succeed
  • Eager to learn and grow on job, comfortable with multi-tasking, able to come up with creative business and technical solutions to addressing technical and business

challenges

  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
  • Team player, strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel within China at least 50% of the time. Flexible in work schedule
  • B.S/M.S in material science or organic/inorganic chemistry/Chemical Engineering.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in lithographic process technology is preferred
  • Good negotiation skills, ability to work effectively in matrix organizations, internally and externally
  • Ability to interact at multiple levels in customer organizations, including senior management
  • Flexibility, willingness to work in and adapt to a rapidly changing multicultural business environment
