主要职责和责任
负责負責消防及保安設備、系統、物料、辦公用品等产品和服务的采购,与供应商协商最佳交易条款,进行供应商设置,并与采购人员合作以实现准时发货和订单完成。

识别合适的供应商,并建立稳固的合作关系,以支持公司的战略方向。

与所有部門相关方及职能团队合作,制定产品策略并开展采购活动。

根据需要到供应商工廠现场访问,以确保质量。

管理供应商关系并监控其绩效表现。

与供应商进行询价、议价及合同签订。 确保遵守公司规定并经法律部门审查各合同。

资格和条件
大学程度, 有消防及保安设备、系统、、电子物料、办公用品等的采购及具备工程相关经验者优先。

  • 在采购和产品开发方面有良好的业绩记录
  • 拥有出色的谈判技巧,并具备引导团队达成双赢谈判的能力
  • 愿意定期出差
  • 自我驱动,能够在团队中高效工作,并注重细节
  • 乐于接受新挑战,愿意探索新的产品类别
  • 具备良好的协作、沟通和组织能力,能够与他人建立良好关系
  • 主动解决问题的能力:能够识别问题并提出解决方案,愿意学习
  • 熟练使用 MS Office,包括 Excel、Word 和 Outlook
  • 良好中英文书写及良好沟通能力。 能流利广东话及一般英语优先。
