Work you'll do

1. 负责构建客户内部系统的企业级后端平台,确保系统稳定高效运行;
2. 按时高质量完成定制化需求,满足内部业务部门的不同需求;
3. 能独立分析并优化系统性能,确保系统响应迅速,提升用户体验;
4. 与跨职能团队合作,讨论需求、架构和实施细节;
5. 进行系统故障排查和修复,保障系统稳定性和可靠性;
6. 持续跟踪行业最新技术趋势,提出改进建议,推动团队持续创新。

We are looking for someone with

1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历;
2. 具备3-8年的后端研发经验,有中大型复杂系统软件设计测试分析及业务支撑经验,能够贴近业务进行方案整合;
3. 精通web研发技术,熟练掌握python或者go。要求基础扎实,熟悉io、多线程、分布式、缓存、消息等机制, 熟悉Linux下的常用命令,熟悉MySQL等主流数据库;
4. 具备良好的抽象设计能力,思路清晰,善于思考,能独立分析和解决
