该职位来源于猎聘 目的Purpose 小 三电(OBC,DC/DC,PDU)的系统设计,日程管理和问题解决相关工作。 System design, schedule and problem solving for IPS systems. 职责Responsibility: 1. 根据整车需求分析OBC,DCDC,PDU等零部件产品开发需求,并分解制定技术要求; Analyze the product development requirements of OBC, DCDC, PDU and according to the vehicle requirements, and decompose and make technical specification; 2. 负责车载电源的功能定义,完成系统集成开发工作; Responsible for the functional definition of IPS and complete system integration development; 3. 负责分析和解决开发、测试、生产中的技术问题; Responsible for analyzing and solving technical problems in development,testing and production; 4. 负责硬件,软件开发中的技术对接和审核:拓扑方案,控制原理,CAN协议及故障诊断等; Responsible for technical docking and review in hardware and software development:Topology scheme, control principle, CAN protocol and fault diagnosis, etc.; 5. 根据产品规格,设计开发测试用例,制定DV/PV,管理试验进度和问题解决; Write development test cases according to product specifications, formulate DV/PV specification, control test progress and problem solving; 6. 完成上级领导安排的其他工作。 Finish other work arranged by System Design Manager. 工作经验Work Experience 五年以上车载电源软件硬件开发经验。在新能源汽车领域有完整项目经验者优先。 More than 5 years' experience on IPS software, hardware design. Experience in complete project in the field of new energy vehicles is preferred. 知识技能Knowledge and skills 1. 熟悉小 三电产品,熟悉IPS的结构、原理、性能、电气原理等方面; Familiar with IPS products, Knows IPS's structure, performance, electrical principles etc. 2. 熟悉一种以上原理图和PCB设计,参与LLC,PFC电路开发; 3. Familiar with more than one schematic and PCB design, and participate in LLC, PFC circuit development; 4. 熟悉OBC,DCDC软件功能,UDS,网管,诊断刷写开发; Familiar with OBC, DCDC software function, UDS, Network management, diagnostic flash development; 5. 可将英语作为工作语言,良好的沟通技能,能说日语优先; Can use English as working language, good communication skills, Japanese is preferred 6. 具有团队合作精神,善于表达和沟通,积极进取,敢于承担,能在一定的压力下工作。 Have team spirit, be good at expression and communication, be proactive, dare to undertake, and be able to work under certain pressure.
