工作概要 Summary

负责前期制造工程团队的管理与建设,负责智能制造技术的规划与实施。负责亚洲区工厂智能制造体系的前期规划与落地,主导自动化、数字化及精益生产的整合方案设计,以行业领先的智能制造理念落实产能布局、产线设计规划、工艺流程标准化,支持亚洲区工厂的智能化升级战略

Responsible for team management and development within the advance-manufacturing engineering function, leading the planning and implementation of smart manufacturing technologies. Drives the preliminary planning and execution of smart manufacturing systems for Asia-region factories, spearheads integrated solutions for automation, digitalization, and lean production, and deploys industry-leading smart manufacturing methodologies to optimize capacity planning, production line design, and process standardization. Supports the intelligent upgrade strategy for Asia-region factories.

主要任务和职责 Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• 负责前期制造工程团队的日常以及目标管理;

Manage daily operations and goal achievement for the pre-manufacturing engineering team.

• 负责汽车主、被动安全件前言制造技术的研究和分析,及时掌握行业动态和趋势,探索各类智能制造技术如AI技术等在汽车主、被动安全件制造业的落地实施 ;

Research and analyze cutting-edge manufacturing technologies for automotive active/passive safety components, monitor industry trends, and explore implementation of smart manufacturing technologies (e.g., AI) in related production.

• 负责智能制造项目的规划和实施;

Plan and execute smart manufacturing projects.

• 跨区域协同与项目管理:协调全球研发中心、工厂及供应商资源,主导智能制造项目的全周期管理。制定智能制造成熟度评估体系,推动各工厂对标改进;

Cross-regional Collaboration & Project Management: Coordinate resources from global R&D centers, factories, and suppliers; oversee end-to-end project management for smart manufacturing initiatives. Establish a Smart Manufacturing Maturity Assessment framework to drive factory benchmarking and improvement.

• 政策与标准合规:了解各国智能制造产业政策,确保方案符合本地化法规及ESG要求;

Policy & Standards Compliance: Track smart manufacturing policies across regions (e.g., Made in China 2025, Industry 4.0), ensuring solutions comply with local regulations and ESG requirements.

学历&经验Education & Experience:

• 本科及以上学历,机械工程/自动化/工业工程等相关专业;

Manage daily operations and goal achievement for the pre-manufacturing engineering team.

• 8年以上智能制造规划经验,具备大型汽车、汽车零配件或先进智能制造企业的前期制造工程经验,对新技术、新领域有较强的敏感性;具有汽车主、被动安全系统制造工作经验优先;

8+ years in smart manufacturing planning, with pre-manufacturing engineering experience in large automotive/OEM or advanced manufacturing enterprises. Strong sensitivity to emerging technologies/fields; experience in active/passive safety systems manufacturing preferred.

• 具备较强的领导力和团队管理能力,能及时有效地引导团队完成公司前期制造工程以及智能制造业务目标;

Proven leadership and team management skills to drive team goals in pre-manufacturing engineering and smart manufacturing.

• 成功主导过2个以上智能工厂/产线从设计到投产的全流程项目;

Successfully led ≥2 full-cycle smart factory/production line projects from design to operation.

• 熟悉主流工业系统(如西门子、罗克韦尔)及机器人集成(FANUC/KUKA认证优先);

Proficient in mainstream industrial systems (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) and robotics integration (FANUC/KUKA certification preferred).

• 熟悉AI技术(如机器学习、自然语言处理、大数据分析等)应用场景,具备技术趋势洞察力和分析转换能力;具有成功落地实施的AI项目经验优先。

Familiar with AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, NLP, big data analytics) and their industrial applications. Hands-on experience in AI project implementation preferred.

• 精通自动化产线设计(机械/电气/控制模块)及工业软件架构(MES/SCADA/IIoT平台);

Expertise in automated production line design (mechanical/electrical/control modules) and industrial software architecture (MES/SCADA/IIoT platforms).

• 掌握数据分析工具(Python/SQL)及仿真软件(FlexSim/Plant Simulation)。

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python/SQL) and simulation software (FlexSim/Plant Simulation).

• 管理能力:跨文化团队协作经验,可适应频繁差旅;

Management Competency: Cross-cultural collaboration experience; willingness for frequent global travel.

• PMP或敏捷项目管理认证

PMP or Agile Project Management certification (required).
