该职位来源于猎聘 Job Requirements Education: 61 Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical design, Manufacture and Automation or other relevant fields, project management experience and mechanical design is a better plus.

Experience: 61 3~5 years of experience in mechanical design/simulation/test engineering, experience in telecommunication industry is preferred. 61 Familiar with the Solid works software and test device; Familiar with the telecom or relevant product mechanical design. 61 Experience with problem analysis and resolution.

61 Product Development Process experience and disciplines. 61 Experience with Office applications. 61 Good cooperation with project team. Special Skills: 61 In-depth technical knowledge and understanding the basic guide of mechanical design and tolerance analysis, sheet metal design, CNC part design, plastic design, die-casting design etc. 61 The knowledge of thermal pad, thermal shim, thermal grease, heatsink process and fixing method. 61 The knowledge of optical and electrical product design method. 61 Excellent skill with Solid works, Mechanical DVT and test. 61 Strong ability to solve complex problems & make correct technical decisions in short timeframes, often with limited inputs. 61 Creative, analytical for related mechanical issue solving capabilities. 61 Good understanding in mechanical design with thermal and EMI design. 61 English both written and oral. Wt % Specific Duty 55% A) Mechanical Design evaluation or simulation for sub-system and module for optical telecommunication industry. B) Develops new or improves existing products. C) Performs engineering analysis required to verify design performance and reliability. D) Analyze mechanical RFQ, thermal condition, DFMEA about mechanical function, build new typical material, 3D and 2D drawing release, DXF for PCB, DFM with vendor, design review material about mechanical. E) Performs the project within budget & schedule, be able to work independently with little supervision. F) Manage personal task schedule when multi-rail work. 30% A) Designs for lower cost and higher performance B) Improve typical mechanical guide for mechanical design C) Be willing and able to continually learn new skills and not to rely on what he/she has been using up to this point in their career. 15% A) Provides technical support for manufacturing personnel. B) Processes troubleshooting and yield improvement. C) Others mechanical related.
