Malvern College Chengdu (MCC), a fast developing all through school in China, is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Head of Girls Boarding.

The Head of Girls Boarding is one of the key pastoral roles at Malvern College Chengdu (MCC). The post holder will collaborate with Head of Boarding and have overall responsibility of Girls Boarding to ensure the emotional and physical well-being of the boarding pupils. They will provide support for matters related to pastoral care and managing parents' communication related to boarding. They will be required to model Malvern qualities in the management of the House issues at all times.
