Job Description
About the Company

  • As a trusted manufacturer of electronic products, we specialize in home safety solutions—including smoke alarms, smoke detectors, and gas detectors
  • Manufacturing Facility: Fujian
  • Main markets: United States & Europe
  • Our products meet international safety standards and are widely recognized for their reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) team at our Fujian factory
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and international safety certifications (UL, CE)
  • Oversee quality documentation and control processes
  • Collaborate with the Factory Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain effective communication across departments and with overseas clients

Ideal Candidates

  • Tertiary education in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in QA within the electronics manufacturing sector
  • Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 implementation and factory operations in China
  • Strong knowledge of UL and CE safety standards and documentation practices
  • Proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese; fair command of English
  • Solid computer skills and familiarity with QA software/tools

Work Location & Schedule

  • 5.5-day work week
  • Work in Fujian factory
  • Weekly travel between Hong Kong and Fujian via high-speed rail (3 hours transportation) :
  • Depart Hong Kong every Monday morning
  • Return Hong Kong every Saturday afternoon
