岗位描述
作为顾问,你将成为连接行业专家与客户的重要桥梁。为了帮助我们的客户做出商业决策,你需要评估他们的具体需求,明确他们知识及信息上的需求,并找到对应的行业专家解决问题。这将是一份快节奏的工作,包括沟通、招募、谈判和销售等技巧,也需要在各种项目间切换的多任务管理能力。

你的工作内容:

  • 快速搜索、调研项目所在的公司及行业,理解客户需求
  • 基于对项目的理解及研究,找到并联系目标专家
  • 通过问卷、电话沟通等形式进行前期专家测试,帮助客户做出筛选及判断
  • 确保客户及专家的访谈顺利进行
  • 团队协作确保项目按时推进
