YOUR TASKS

• Monitoring
  the activities of suppliers in the Product Development Process with the
  help of APQP methodology; Accomplishing the APQP activities together with
  the supplier. Evaluation of above-mentioned activities relative to
  completeness, content and compliance with deadlines; In case of deviations
  the SQA-TtM is responsible to initiate and monitor measures; Reporting the
  status of the purchased parts.

• Coordinating the collaboration for APQP-relevant issues in the project team and at the suppliers
  负责在项目团队内部以及与供应商之间,就APQP相关问题进行协作协调
• Involvement and use of the Hella SQA- and Specialist Network to support the supplier in the project (e.g. critical parts, critical processes) in case of critical deviations.
  当项目中出现重大偏差时,参与并灵活应用供应商质量专家资源来支持供应商解决问题(例如关键零部件、关键工艺)
• Escalation to management level in case of relevant quality risks which cannot be resolved by the supplier or by the project team.
  当出现供应商或项目团队无法解决的重大质量风险时,及时升级至管理层级
• Agreement and definition of reference samples with the suppliers in consultation with internal customers
  与内部客户协商,与供应商就参考样件达成一致并予以定义
• Evaluating and releasing the initial sample inspection report (ISIR, PSW) from the supplier
  评估和批准供应商提交的PPAP报告(ISIR,PSW)
• Preparing of the incoming inspection plan

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Major in science and engineering.
  理工科相关专业。
• 3 years working experience, especially in manufactural projects. Priority consideration: be familiar with injection molding processes including mold design, manufactory, mold flow analysis and injection machine foundation performance characteristic. Additional, familiarity with the design, setup and acceptance testing of automated equipment/line is highly desirable.
  3年以上工作经验,特别是制造类项目。优先考虑:熟悉注塑工艺包含注塑模具设计,开发,模流分析,注塑机基础性能。熟悉自动化设备/产线设计,搭建,验收等。
• 3 year working experience on quality, familiar with the automotive quality system IATF16949, and proficient in major quality tools including APQP, CP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, PPAP etc.
  3年以上质量工作经验,熟悉汽车体系IATF16949,掌握各大质量工具:APQP,CP,FMEA,MSA,SPC,8D
  PPAP 等。
• Good at written and verbal English,good logic thinking.
