  • 依据C.H.A.R.M服务模式,为消费者提供卓越服务。 
  • 带领店铺团队,在销售、顾客服务及魅力表现等方面超越绩效指标。 
  • 运用分析思维与公司报告,在店内寻找机会,助力团队制定战略决策。 
  • 负责店铺视觉陈列、产品流转、补货及运营标准的贯彻执行。 
  • 营造温馨包容的环境,助力员工成长,建立外部人才网络。 
  • 协调与委派工作任务,确定任务的优先次序,遵守时间规定,确保有效跟进日常事务。 
  • 打造团队文化,鼓励成员分享建议、想法与担忧,坚守卡骆驰的价值观。 
  • 学习并协助各部门工作,包括顾客服务、产品知识、视觉陈列和库房管理。 
  • 助力团队成员完成日常零售运营任务,包括POS系统的管理与操作、库存补货、季节性定价与折扣流程、推广忠诚度计划、维护店铺整洁与恢复标准等。 
  • 遵守卡骆驰资产保护政策和程序,包括缺货预防、库存控制以及合规流程。 
  • 必须年满18周岁。 
  • 具备3至4年零售行业工作经验,有店长经验者优先。 
  • 具备出色的领导技能,能够激励团队、赋能成员并推动业绩达成。 
  • 具备优秀的沟通能力(书面及口头),能够与团队成员、运营经理、区域经理及公司合作伙伴有效沟通。 
  • 渴望在高增长、快节奏的零售环境中取得成功 
  • 工作时间灵活,能够适应夜班、周末、节假日以及延长工作时间的安排。
