GL Accountant

该职位来源于猎聘 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GL Accountant who will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the financial operations of the company across multiple regions. Essential Responsibility: 1、General Ledger Maintenance: Manage and maintain the General Ledger (GL) system, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled. Perform daily, monthly, and year-end GL tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations. 2、Accounting Operations: Assist in overseeing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes to ensure smooth financial operations. Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP). 3、Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assist in preparing consolidated financial reports for senior management. 4、Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks. Assist in monitoring currency exposure and liquidity risks. 5、Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team to provide support in financial planning and analysis. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., R&D, Sales) to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions. Entry Requirements (Minimum Qualifications) : 1、Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. Professional certifications like CPA/ACCA are preferred. 2、Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in a multinational company. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and financial reporting tools is required. 3、Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (eg. Oracle Netsuits) and financial reporting tools (PowerBI). Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP standards. Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus. 4、Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively across cultures and time zones.
