We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Operations Support Specialist - AMH COLLECTION - NHC.

Principal responsibilities

1) 金融风险缓解和监管合规方面的实践经验。
2) 谈判、财务分析和客户互动技巧方面的培训。
3) 接触跨境合作(例如香港/澳大利亚/中国团队)

The role is designed:

  • 协助管理银行内部信贷风险并避免财务损失;

  • 提供专业电话服务去了解客户基本的财务状况;

  • T并基于客户提供的资料及背景作出相应的财务分析,并提供相应的债务舒缓方案;

  • 处理升级投诉并按规完成投诉中的各项流程。

  Requirements

  • 优秀的客户服务意识并愿意从事客户服务工作;

  • 粤语流利,具备良好谈判能力与流利的英语沟通及读写能力;

  • 熟悉办公软件操作;具备良好的个人财务分析能力;

  • 有客户服务或相关工作经验者优先;

  • 具备独立处理有财务困难客户或者弱势群体的复杂情况并提供充分的分析及解决方法的能力。

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
