Qualifications:

技能要求:

1. 全日制本科及以上学历,工科专业背景,机械&材料&自动化相关专业背景最佳

2. 5~8年以上制程质量管理经验;

3. 熟悉ISO14001, ISO9001,TS16949;

4. 熟悉五大质量工具和7大手法:APQP(产品先期质量策划),FMEA(失效模式分析),MSA(测量系统分析),SPC(统计制程控制),PPAP(生产件批准程序);QC 7大手法;

5. 熟练使用测量系统(MSA)分析,有做过测量系统分析经验

6. 熟悉6sigma & CI 项目的DMAIC基本逻辑独立完成类似的项目,有黑带&绿带证书最佳

7. 能看懂基本的机械图纸&产品图纸,理解测量规范和要求

8. 熟悉新项目开发的基本流程,有参加&主导NPI 项目最佳

9. 良好的组织&沟通能力,有项目管理经验最佳

10. 具备熟练的英语听说读写能力

11. 稳定性好

Description:

1. 主导客户投诉和产线异常问题分析,原因确认,对策跟踪和有效性确认,完成正式8D 报告,及时反馈给客户端;

2. 有效地与内部&外部客户以及Lob沟通质量问题,获取&转化有效信息,主导内部的改善;

3. 主导完成FMEA(失效模式分析),针对RPN(Risk priority number)高的项目制定有效措施,跟进改善效果;

4. 主导PCP(控制计划),并完成下阶控制文件(检验文件QI ,JBS等),培训检验人员,GRR 验收以及操作指导文件;

5. 利用SPC针对特殊特性关键点对产线制程监控,做到提前预防;

6. 定期组织正常的产线审核和新产线&设备验收,并跟踪问题改善进度直到问题关闭;

7. 对制程进行有效监控,针对异常问题及时主导改善,并跟进指导完成;
