Take charge of the strategic planning, implementing and managing the overall Marketing and PR activities in the region. The function also includes the full budget and HR responsibility of the marketing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the annual marketing strategy and the quarterly & monthly marketing plan at both regional and school level to grow EF kids brand and generate new leads.
  • Work with advertising, media and PR agencies, designers and other vendors to develop the marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and manage multiple marketing channels. Monitor the channel effectiveness and keep on increasing the efficiency.
  • Work closely with school operation team (sales, service and academic team) to improve the efficiency of converting leads to sales
  • Run competitor intelligence and provide management with the latest update.
  • Explore co-marketing opportunities and develop campaigns accordingly.
  • Full budget responsibilities.
  • Staff recruitment, development and management responsibilities Essential qualifications:
  • 7-10 years' work experience in marketing in fast-paced growth environment.
  • Min. 5 years' managerial experience in managing and coaching a team
  • Proven track record in driving business result through marketing
  • FMCG or education industry experience
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and mandarin
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Good copy writing skill Personal Profile:
