About The Job:
- Coaches and manages the work activities and may have full management accountability for the performance and development of team. (50%)
- Analyzes, designs, and implements global supply chain practices for a business unit; targets are aligned to manufacturing, distribution, inventory management, and customer demands. (30%)
- Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet supply chain objectives. Ensures that the team continually focuses on ways to meet and improve upon Littelfuse's supply chain metrics. (10%)
- Reports on supply chain metrics for the business unit and identifies areas that need improvement. (10%)
- Other duties as assigned.
About You
- Bachelor or university degree
- Preferred in Supply Chain, Business, Business Analytics, or related field
- Seven to ten years of experience
- Management experience
- Deep knowledge of supply chain
- Experience working with a manufacturing company
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
