Job Overview

Serve as a crucial link between the ITS department, HR, and IT vendors, translating business needs into effective project delivery while showcasing strong project management and execution skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as internal project manager, liaising with business users to lead project implementations.

  • Review System Requirement Specifications for accuracy in documenting user needs.

  • Collaborate with users to implement standardized workflows and best practices.

  • Capture business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Coordinate and drive System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Review training documents and facilitate training arrangements.

  • Coordinate with vendors for user system support.

  • Assist in the IT procurement process for necessary solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting HRIS, preferably SAP SuccessFactors or HCM.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with effective stakeholder management.

  • Experience in developing "as is" and "to be" operational workflows.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
