T&E (80-90%)

• Check and process TE Reports until the payment.
• Assist local organizations in preparing TE reports.

GL (10-20%)

• Prepare and upload to SAP GL postings, accruals and deferrals ensuring to meet the company's closing deadlines (including postings received by Local Finance team).
• Produce periodic GL accounts reconciliations.
• Future development opportunity: Perform quarterly intercompany transactions reconciliation.
• Future development opportunity: IFRS 16 Board usage: fill in contracts, follow the calculation execution and post in SAP. GENERAL
• Contributes to quality and continuous improvement goals, supports process simplification and activities assigned by TL.
• Support on ad hoc projects.
• Assist Chiesi Colleagues in administrative matters connected to the responsibility area. QUALIFICATIONS
• Economic background (either academic or high-school diploma) and familiar with accounting principles.
• Around 2 years of experience in a similar role or administrative activities (better if in international environment).
• Fluent English is a must.
• Appreciated any other languages.
• Local/international accounting principles – must.
• SAP skilled – must.
• Strong IT skills: Proficient in MS Office, Excel in particular.
• Board and BPC skilled – nice to have.
• Experience with international companies is an advantage.
• Team worker, positive-minded and open to learn.
• Continuous process improvement mindset.
• Problem solving skills.
