Merchandising Officer

Position Summary
This role is to assist the implementation of merchandising projects in Shanghai with focusing on own retail stores. The person will be responsible for the allocation, sell-through achievement, inventory management, delivery tracking, and best practice sharing across the markets.
Key Working Tasks
He/She should proactively get ways to improve the processes and guidelines for the merchandising work for better effectiveness and efficiency. He/She will complete the routine replenishment, assortment for new store opening and events, store inventory configuration as well as inventory transfer between full price & off price stores. He/She will also track and monitor the new season product sales to identify opportunities and risks, proactively take actions in replenishment of best sellers and fast turn the slow moving items to improve sell through.
Position Requirements
- 3-5 years of fashion retail allocation experiences, preferably in footwear.
- Computer skills with good command of excel and ppt skills.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Capable of working under time pressure.
- Good command of English and Mandarin.
- System knowledge of POS, OMS and SAP.
