THE PROJECT / CONTEXT
To actively answer to China market requirements and changes, Decathlon China aims to transform the current linear-based supply chain to a more resilient supply network which allows effi cient end-to-end stock allocation among multiple types of inventory locations (stores, warehouses, partner locations, etc).
For the digital perspective, we should upgrade the existing supply process & digital solutions package with end-to-end coordinated & intelligent capabilities, applying AI best practices.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Co-work with business & technical teams, internal & external partners, to build / improve digital products focusing on supply network modeling & simulation, stock allocation & reallocation. The responsibility covers but is not limited to:
● Understand the company business objectives and share a comprehensive picture of market and technology trends
● Animate the study of business landscape and digital solution benchmark.
● Define and maintain the digital product vision, roadmap, resource, routines to ensure value delivery
● Based on your digital product vision, defi ne and organize whether / where / how to apply AI technologies
● Design the digital product modular services with internal team / external partners to ensure the most suitable technical solution in terms of quality, costs, scope
● Build and animate a strong users community to continuously collect feedback and improve the user experience
● Ensure and continuously improve the stability, reliability, performance and security of your digital products on your own or by animating resources

任职要求
YOUR BACKGROUND
● 5+ years of working experience as an digital product manager, with 3+ years experience on stock management digital products for retail company;
● Rich working experience in digital domain, familiar with micro-service backend application methodologies, and have knowledge & practice of applying AI technologies & data analytics on digital products
● 5+ years working experience on supply chain, having knowledge on related topics as order, warehousing, transport, finance …
● Proficient in oral and written communication in English is a must to effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders and international collaborators
● Major in Computer Science / Data Science / Supply Chain
