产品工艺工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责:

• Support in product development (Pressure Vessel, Composite Tubes, etc.) 支持产品研发(压力容器、复合材料管道等)
• Research and analysis of potential products for processing with filament winding 调研分析缠绕工艺潜在产品
• Supporting the CAD designers to design new parts 支持CAD工程师新产品设计
• Research for materials to be implemented in the products 调研产品研发中使用的材料
• Support other team member to produce final products 支持其他团队成员制作相关产品
• Manage cooperation among the department team as well as ACTC departments: Engineering Department, Plant Department, design team, tooling team and others, and ensure the project output can meet the requirements for quality, cost and time. 协调管理部门内部及部门间合作:研发工程部、试制中心、设计团队、设备团队等,确保项目输出可以满足质量、费用和时间的要求。
• Communicate with customers (technical) to understand technical requirements for the products 跟客户沟通(技术相关)了解产品的技术要求
• Prepare work and time plan (e.g. on MS Project) to prototype the products 准备工作、时间计划(如使用MS Project)试制产品
• Prepare and provide (purchasing) necessary material and equipment for prototyping 为试制准备、提供(采购)必要的材料、设备 岗位要求:
• Minimum master's degree in Product Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering 至少硕士学位:产品工程、材料工程、机械工程
• Mandatory: At least 2-years-experience in product development. Hands-on working experience. 必须有至少2年产品研发经验、实操经验
• Good analytical, theoretical problem solving and decision-making skills 良好的分析能力、理论问题解决能力及决策能力
• Great skills on project planning (e.g. skilled on MS Project or similar time planning software) 有良好的项目规划技能(如MS Project技能或其它类似时间规划软件)
• Project management competence and implementation strength 项目管理及实施能力
• Sovereign communication at all levels of cooperation 可以进行不同层级合作沟通
• Preferable: experience in product development made from glass or carbon fibre composite materials 有玻璃纤维或碳纤维材料产品研发经历优先
• Preferable: Having basic skills of CATIA or similar to design simple equipment/components 有CATIA或类似设计软件设计设备或零件的基础能力优先
• Preferably: Fluent in English (written and spoken), be able to discuss technical issues with foreigners through e-mail and conference call. 有流利的英文(书写、对话)能力,可以跟外国人通过邮件、会议通话讨论技术问题优先
