Job Description

  • Strategic & Business-Driven Leadership:

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate goals, partnering closely with business leaders to drive growth, M&A, and operational efficiency.

  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for decision-making across R&D, production, and sales.

  • Hands-On Execution:

  • Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and audit compliance (PRC GAAP/IFRS).

  • Dive into process improvements, automation, and risk management to enhance scalability and control.

  • Team Empowerment:

  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of 20, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Engage with global/regional leadership, external auditors, and tax authorities to ensure alignment and compliance.

The Successful Applicant

  • 12+ years of finance experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles within multinational industrial/manufacturing company.
  • Strategic visionary with a hands-on, results-driven approach-balances long-term planning with tactical execution to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Proven business partner, translating financial insights into operational strategies that optimize R&D, production, and sales efficiency.
  • Deep expertise in PRC regulations, including tax, customs, and FX compliance; CPA/ACCA/CMA certification highly valued.
  • Bilingual fluency (English/Mandarin) with advanced ERP (SAP/Oracle) and Excel skills for cross-border collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
