We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. 

Business: IWPB Technology

Principal responsibilities

  • Leadership of the detailed analysis to elaborate business outcomes and translate conceptual business propositions into API product requirements that align with the product strategy.
  • Providing subject matter expertise (business, technical, process and integration) for requirements elaboration process.
  • Work with related stakeholders like Business analysit, Solution architect, Backend system SME to fully understand the reuiqrement.
  • Conduct API design for Experience API/Process API/System API by following WPB API Standard.
  • Produce the API contract and API design documentation to reflect new requirements including process flow, logical data model, data mapping, and authentication / security / authorizations / Non-Functional requirement.
  • Present the API design to the relevant stakeholder and gain approval on the current design.
  • Present the API contract and API design documentation to enginering team, and providing support/consultancy during implementation.
  • Maintain JIRA tickets involved in the journey, including requriemnt front door ticket, implementation ticket, RAID ticket etc.
  • Provide governance review to the API changes which owned by the value stream.
    Qualifications - External
  • Bachelor's Degree or above with Computer Technology-related Major or IT (Information Technology)-related Major.
  • Have RESTful API working experience and at least 5-years product or API Design experience.
  • Have techinial/development working experience or knogledge background.
  • Able communite with English and Cantonese fluently.
  • Strong project management, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Have in-depth experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and communication and negotiation skills.
