The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring efficient and high-quality production of goods. This role involves planning, organizing, and controlling production operations to meet company objectives, quality standards, and customer deadlines.

The Production Manager Scope is including both Hardware and Consumable production in Beckman Life Science Suzhou site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning & Execution: Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet production targets and deadlines. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production staff, including supervisors and operators. Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Quality Control & Improvement: Ensure all products meet established quality standards and specifications. Implement and maintain quality control procedures and protocols. Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Promote a safe working culture and conduct regular safety audits.
  • Budget Management: Manage the production budget, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular production reports on performance, output, quality, and efficiency. Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with other departments such as R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

  • 预算管理: 管理生产预算,控制成本,并优化资源利用。
  • 报告与分析: 定期生成关于绩效、产量、质量和效率的生产报告。分析数据以识别趋势、问题和改进机会。
  • 协作: 与研发、供应链、销售和维护等其他部门联络,以确保运营顺畅。
