  • Prepare offerings to support sales team on customer inquiries,
  • Be competent for both in service shop and on-site installation, validation ,repairs and maintenance
  • Maintaining product manuals and helps on technical brochures checking;
  • Accurate documentation and reporting of all repairs and product failures and, when applicable, providing design change and improvement recommendations
  • Managing and maintaining relations with regional distributors' service staff and deliver necessary service knowledge;
  • Travel as required to provide service support to customers and other company personnel
  • Ensure timely submission of all necessary reports and other required paperwork
  • Promote sales of Service Contracts and Warranty Extensions
  • Keeping a safe and clean workspace at all times;
  • Helping train new employees in company procedures, including safety and work processes;
  • Gaining Intensive training and certification program requires periodic travel to the manufacturing facility, Osterode, Germany. 职责: 1. 为销售团队和用户提供技术支持和咨询; 2. 能够胜任维修车间和现场的一系列安装、维修、校验及保养相关工作; 3. 维护、翻译产品手册;协助检查技术文件; 4. 能够提供准确的维修报告和产品报错信息,能够向技术研发部门提供切实可行的设计修改意见和优化建议; 5. 当区域经销商有自建售后团队时,能够管理和维护区域经销商的售后工程师,向其提供必要的服务知识; 6. 如果外埠的客户需要相关售后服务支持,须能出差; 7. 及时提交所有必要的报告和文档; 8. 适时地向客户针对性地推荐售后服务和质保延长服务; 9. 保持工作场所的清洁和安全; 10. 协助培训新员工有关安全操作和相关工作流程等内容; 11. 会前往位于德国奥斯特罗德的生产厂地进行深入的产品培训和相关资质认证。 Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics-, Mechanical-, Electrical- or HVAC/R Engineering is required, graduate degrees preferred
  • Experience in pneumatics, automation, IT networks, hydraulics, electrical and computer systems.
  • Experience with analytical instrumentation and deep freezing HVAC/R cooling systems。 Understanding the basic calibration procedures for temperature and vacuum sensors and for pressure measuring instruments in an GMP environment
  • Good at troubleshooting of advanced systems, meticulous, detail-oriented and very analytical
  • Mechanically-minded and good working with hands
  • Team spirit but also an independent way of working
  • Ability to work cost efficient and sales oriented
  • Effectively communicate with customers and support staff in person, via phone or email
  • Ability to produce clear and concise maintenance documentation
  • Travel approximately 40% with valid driver's license and passport
  • Experienced working with a CRM system and the MS Office Applications
  • Ability to work from home office to provide remote technical support
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. 任职要求: 1. 机械电子、机械制造、电子和制冷相关本科及以上专业; 2. 具备气动、自动化、IT、液压、电子和计算机系统相关领域的从业经验; 3. 具备设备分析仪器和深度制冷系统的相关工作经验;了解基本的温度和真空传感气的校准操作步骤,以及GMP环境下的压力测试操作。 4. 细节导向性,具备很强的分析能力,能够一丝不苟地解决精密系统中的疑难杂症; 5. 具备的机械工程的思维能力并擅于动手解决问题; 6. 具有团队合作精神的同时,能够独立胜任工作 7. 能够有成本意识,并且具备一定的销售导向性思维 8. 能够和用户,以及技术支持人员通过电话和邮件进行有效沟通; 9. 能够书写制作清晰、准确的维保文件; 10. 可以接受40%的出差频率 11. 能够熟练使用MS OFFICE软件和CRM系统; 12. 能够远程提供技术支持 13. 能够抬动约20公斤货物。
