  • Prepare and circulate related management reports incorporating the key performance indicators, including Rev, OTD, QBR score and On time mass production rate 负责达成新产品相关的KPI,如按时出货率客户满意度,量产及时率等。
  • Provide project and accounting review to senior management. 定期提供新产品项目状况报告给高级管理层
  • Assist in compilation of RFQ and pricing review. 协助新品报价和价格复议
  • Maintain effective communication channel between customers and company Strengthen customer/company relationship and aim to over-serve customers. 维护客户与公司之间的有效沟通渠道,加强客户和公司关系,以服务客户为目标。
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure satisfactory fulfilment of all commitments to customers.
