Proactively coordinate and address the needs of the review team. 积极收集潜在客户信息,跟进销售线索、报价和协议 Positively collect potential customer information, follow-up of sales leads, quotations and agreement 安排和执行业务发展电话 Schedule and execute Business Development calls 按照业务发展经理或客户经理的任务,开展本地业务发展活动 Develop local Business Development campaigns, as directed by the Manager of Business Development. 确保工作按照活动的质量要求、区域经理的指示和管理活动的程序进行工作 Ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the quality requirements of the activity, the instructions of the regional manager and the procedures for managing the activity. 经常自我回顾销售业绩,按时提交销售报告 Frequently review sales performance for self and submit sales report on time. 善于运用公司系统管理项目,可及时将所有相关数据输入到配套数据库中 Good at using the company's system(Oracle) to manage projects, and input all relevant data into the supporting database in a timely manner. 在预算范围内安排市场营销活动或商业展会 Coordinate Business Development trade shows/exhibitions within budgets. 领导分配的其他职责 Other duties assigned by appropriate management. 职位要求: 相关领域的学士学位或同等学历 Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field 至少2-3年销售经验 Minimum 2-3 years Sales Experience 目标导向,拥有自我激励与学习的能力 Target oriented, self-motivated and capable of self-learning 优秀的获客技巧和沟通能力 Good Communication skills and Customer acquisition skills 良好的时间管理能力 Good time management skills 能够同时处理多项任务并有效管理相关活动 Ability to multi-task and manage relevant activities effectively. 良好的英语阅读、听、写的能力 Good English reading, listening and writing skills.
熟练使用Microsoft Word / Power Point / Excel 处理工作,提高工作效率 Proficient in using Microsoft Word / Power Point / Excel to handle work and improve work efficiency.
