确保完成各种必要的确认或验证工作。
Ensure the completion of all the necessary validation .
确保生产相关人员经过必要的上岗前培训和继续培训,并根据实际需要调整培训内容。
Ensure that relevant production personnel have received necessary pre job training and continuous training, and adjust the
training content according to the actual needs.
合理计划和使用生产原材料,并优化流程,节约生产和人员成本。
Reasonably plan and use production raw materials, optimize process, and save production and personnel costs.
根据公司产品计划,准备相关的项目方案和参与项目建设。
Prepare relevant project plans and participate in project construction according to the company's product plan.
积极开发下属潜能,保证生产部的人才储备,负责生产部的团队建设。
Actively develop the potential of subordinates and ensure the talent reserve of the production department. Responsible for
team building of production department.
参与新产品转移,配合研发和 GID 等相关部门,努力推动新产品的上市。
Participate in project transfer, cooperate with I&D, GID and other relevant departments, and strive to promote the listing of

profile :

Qualifications

应当至少具有药学、兽医学、生物学、化学等相关专业本科学历(中级专业技术职称)。
At least bachelor degree (intermediate professional technical title) in pharmacy, veterinary medicine, biology, chemistry and
other related majors.
至少 3 年生物制品生产管理实践经验,包括至少 1 年生物制品生产管理经验,并接受过与所生产产品相关的专业培
训。
At least 3 years practical experience in the production management of biological products , including at least 1 year experience
in management of production, and have received professional training related to the products being produced.

熟悉现行版兽药生产质量管理规范、现行版中国兽药典等相关法律法规。
Be familiar with the current version of GMP and Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia and other relevant laws and regulations.
拥有丰富的兽医微生物、免疫学、细胞学、兽用生物制品学等相关兽医学科知识全面、知识结构合理。
Has rich knowledge of Veterinary Microbiology, immunology, cytology, veterinary biological products and other related
veterinary disciplines, with comprehensive knowledge structure .
