研发工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 Common Duties and Responsibilities 岗位职责:

• Provide technical expertise on designing new products and manufacturing and assembling processes and improving and maintaining existing products.

• Under general direction, responsible for designing new products or parts of new products and manufacturing and assembling processes and improving and maintaining existing products.

• Involved in conceptual development and detailed design of a new product. 参与概念开发和新产品的具体设计
• Involved in localization project and VAVE project, analysis the technical feasibility and lead the technical implement. 参与国产化项目及VAVE项目,从设计角度分析可行性并领导技术实施。
• Responsible for prototype assembly and testing, design test jigs for prototype and component test if any 负责原型样机的装配和测试,设计样机及零部件的测试工装
• Provide technical leadership and assist in training less experienced engineers. 提供技术领导能力并协助培训经验较少的工程师
• Have the competency to provide technical support of one product or one common part of the whole product portfolios. 为产品或整个产品系列的某一通用零部件提供技术支持 Competency

任职要求:

• Be able to communicate in English with the other engineering personnel both local and global to co-ordinate the interrelated design and assure project completion.

能用英语和其他国内和国际的工程师进行沟通,协调相关设计,保证项目完成

• Be able to conduct design analysis on components and/or assemblies to assist in the development process by ensuring designs are cost efficient, manufacturability, and reliable.

能够进行设计分析零部件和/或装配总成,保证设计的成本高效,可加工性和可靠

• Be able to lead a project team to fulfill project cost /schedule requirement under limited supervising when necessary.

在必要时有限的指导下,能带领项目组完成项目成本/进度的要求

• Be able to use Solid works, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD 能熟练使用Solid works, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD等软件
• Minimum Qualifications: University major in science and technology (Degree).
