YOUR TASKS
A Purchasing tasks
1. Analyze the market taking into account the needs and requirements of the relevant Product Centers. Develop and update a Supplier Matrix including a Strategic Classification of the suppliers. Prepare qualified Supplier Evaluations and Support Buildup and Development of Suppliers to meet the Purchasing Targets in regards of QCD (Quality Cost Delivery).
2. Prepare and implement a Global Purchasing Strategy for complex Material Groups with defined Strategy Teams. Establish a Global Supplier Portfolio to realize Synergies by bundling Purchasing Volume and optimizing the Global Supply Chain, to achieve best cost and lowest risk.
3. Define Sourcing Concept and execute Sourcing Activities by sending RfQs, negotiating and nominating Suppliers for components within the Material Group.
4. Consolidate the Annual Material Requirements within a Material Group and prepare and carry out Central Annual Negotiations with Suppliers to achieve optimum purchasing prices.
5. Know the Hella-Values as well as Purchasing Standards, Processes and Tools required to ensure a stable and target oriented working.
6. Responsible of planning and performing of Supplier Technology/Innovation Workshops with dedicated Product Centers to ensure a sufficient Supplier Portfolio that meets the Future Technical Requirements.
B Communication/ Stakeholder Management
1. Manage intercultural and trustful relationships by creating and adding value from International Team Setups through utilizing the Cultural Diversity in the daily work.
2. Ensure and coordinate adequate information flow within the Global Team responsible for the project specific Sourcing Activities.
3. Close cooperation with Supplier Quality, Supply Chain Management and Engineering to ensure a global TCO-Approach.
4. Escalation to Global Commodity Manager as well as Business Partner according to valid Escalation Concepts. Align tasks and decisions with superiors if necessary.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1. University degree above, 2 years working experience in Purchasing field (must).
2. Good writing and oral English (must).
3. Familiar with office software (must).
