该职位来源于猎聘 -Manage and arrange effectively the whole maintenance group to daily maintain and repair ensuring normal and high efficiency operation of all facilities in factory. Assure products quality and achieve production task. 有效地组织和管理维修人员,对工厂设备进行日常维修和保养,确保工厂设备连续、正常运行,提高设备使用寿命和效率,以保证生产任务的完成和产品的质量达标准。 -Follow, implement and finish the work instruction and assignment form maintenance manager and engineering manager. 执行和服从维修经理和工程经理或授权人的工作指令和分配,完成工作任务。 -Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning and maintenance. Ensure normal, safe and high efficiency operation of all facilities. 负责指定区域的生产设备安装调试,日常维护保养和维修,确保工厂设备高效、安全、正常运行。 -Implement 5S and TPM in work place. 执行5S和TPM。 -Save and reduce maintenance cost.

在保证设备正常运行下,有责任节省和降低维修成本。

  • Strictly manage and control the procurement, inventory and use of spare parts. 严格管理和控制零配件的采购、库存、使用。
  • Actively promote and carry out continuous improvement of equipment. 积极推行和开展设备的持续改良。
  • Vigorously carry out the skills training and development of maintenance personnel. 大力开展维护人员的技能培训和拓展。 -Assist to other department. 协助其他部门工作。 -Take charge of the maintenance's training and assessment of job technique, safe operation and profession moral.

years of working experience in equipment maintenance and management in big foreign food or medicine manufacturing. At least 3 years experience in team management. 具有四年以上从事大型外企食品及制药等相关行业设备维修和设备管理工作经验,至少三年以上团队管理工作经验 -Be familiar with the theory of equipment and maintenance. 熟悉工厂相关设备工作原理和维护及维修 -Be good at equipment management. 熟悉工厂设备管理 -Be good at MS-OFFICE, Auto CAD 熟悉WINDOWS98,MS-OFFICE软件操作 -Good reading, listening and written English. 能阅读英语资料 -Good communication, analyzing, solving and group lead skill.
