To assist the Project Manager in coordinating, monitoring, and managing the project to ensure its successful delivery within scope, time, quality, and budget.

Key Objectives

6. Assist the line manager to ensure the consistent delivery of all key performance indicators and critical path plan of the TS depart-ment.

7. Identify and Mitigate Project Risks Proactively

8. Provide Accurate and Timely Reporting to the Project Manager

Job Responsibility
工作职责

1. Design Management: Based on a background in theme park or landscape effect design, lead or participate in the discussion and optimization of project design schemes, proficient in CAD software and 3D BIM drawing. Focus on the review, deepening and technical dis-closure of theme packaging design drawings to ensure the accuracy and constructability of design drawings.
设计管理:基于主题乐园或景观效果设计背景,主导或参与项目设计方案的研讨与优化,精通CAD软件与三维BIM绘制,重点负责主题类包装设计的图纸审核、深化及技术交底工作,确保设计图纸的准确性与可施工性。
2. Construction Implementation: Rely on rich engineering management experience to for-mulate detailed construction plans and control schemes, supervise the implementation of design schemes during the construction process, timely solve technical problems arising in construction, ensure the smooth implementation of design scheme effects, and guarantee that the project quality meets relevant standards.
施工管理:凭借丰富的工程管理经验,制定详细的施工计划与管控方案,监督施工过程中设计方案的执行情况,及时解决施工中出现的技术问题,保障方案图纸效果顺利落地,确保工程质量达到相关标准。
3. Cross-departmental Collaboration: Possess strong cross-departmental coordination and communication skills, maintain efficient communication with multiple departments such as design, construction, procurement, and operation, clarify the collaboration nodes and needs of each department, promote the smooth progress of collaborative matters, and ensure the smooth connection of all project links.
跨部门协作:具备较强跨部门协调沟通能力,与设计、施工、采购、运营等多个部门保持高效沟通,明确各部门协作节点与需求,推进协作事项的顺利开展,确保项目各环节衔接顺畅。
4. Material Management: In-depth mastery of the characteristics and application of land-scape and packaging theme construction materials, responsible for the selection of con-struction materials, sample review and incoming inspection work, to ensure that the mate-rials used meet design requirements, quality standards and cost budgets.
材料管控:深入掌握景观、包装主题施工材料的特性与应用,负责施工材料的选型、样品审核及进场检验工作,确保所用材料符合设计要求、质量标准及成本预算。
5. Creativity and Opening Support: Utilize certain creative abilities to put forward innova-tive suggestions during design optimization and construction implementation to enrich the experience of the theme park; combine relevant experience in theme park opening, par-ticipate in engineering acceptance, commissioning and preparation work before opening to ensure the smooth opening and operation of the project.
创意:发挥一定的创意能力,在设计优化与施工落地过程中提出创新性建议,丰富主题乐园的体验感;结合主题乐园开园相关经验,参与开园前的工程验收、调试及筹备工作,保障项目顺利运营。
2) Financial 财务
1. Assist the line manager monitoring the status of costing, to ensure the department is al-ways operating within the budget.
协助上级领导监督费用状态,确保本部门的成本始终在预算范围内。
2. Manage training documents and all certifications, and record in a timely manner.
管理培训资料及资质证书,并及时记录在文档中。
3) Development 发展
1. Responsible for all aspects of Health, Safety & Security within the department, in line with the Group Policy. Job holder must ensure that risk assessments have been carried out, that safe working procedures are in place for all work activities and that all employees are aware of the Group Health, Safety and Security Policy and their obligations under it.

2. Work in partnership with other teams within MERLIN, LEGOLAND Global, and/or third par-ties in keeping the highest standards of safety and compliance.

3. Work closely with Project Development Team and HSS team. Manage all documents properly after handover.

任职要求
Job Requirements 任职要求
1. Diploma's degree or above, with priority given to majors such as Civil Engineer-ing, Landscape Design, Environmental Art Design, and Architectural Decoration.
专科及以上学历,土木工程、景观设计、环境艺术设计、建筑装饰等相关专业优先。
2. 3-5 years or more of project management experience in themed parks, large-scale cultural tourism projects, or high-end landscape engineering. Priority will be given to candidates with relevant experience in theme-based packaging de-sign.
3-5年及以上主题乐园、大型文旅项目或高端景观工程的项目管理经验,具备主题类包装设计相关经验者优先。
3. Proficiency in design software such as CAD, SketchUp, and Lumion, as well as skilled mastery of 3D BIM drawing techniques. Ability to independently complete drawing creation and review work.
精通CAD、SketchUp、Lumion等设计软件,熟练掌握三维BIM绘制技能,能够独立完成图纸绘制与审核工作。
4. Solid knowledge of engineering management, familiarity with the construction process, quality standards, and safety regulations of themed park projects. Priori-ty will be given to candidates with successful experience in managing the entire process of projects from design to implementation.
具备扎实的工程管理知识,熟悉主题乐园工程施工流程、质量标准及安全规范,有成功推动项目从设计到落地全流程管理经验者优先。
5. Excellent cross-departmental coordination and communication skills, problem-solving ability, and teamwork spirit. Ability to work under certain pressure and ef-ficiently promote project progress.
拥有良好的跨部门协调沟通能力、问题解决能力及团队合作精神,能够承受一定的工作压力,高效推进项目进展。
6. In-depth understanding of the characteristics, prices, and application scenarios of landscape and themed packaging construction materials. Ability to select ma-terials reasonably according to project requirements.
深入了解景观、包装主题施工材料的特性、价格及应用场景,能够根据项目需求合理选择材料。
7. Certain creative thinking and aesthetic ability, with unique insights into the crea-tive design and experience building of themed parks. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the preparation for the opening of themed parks.
具备一定的创意思维与审美能力,对主题乐园的创意设计与体验打造有独到见解;有主题乐园开园筹备经验者优先。
