Brief description of the position: 

Regional steering for Academy Centers in China operation. Aims for profit growth and sustainable development of Academy. Controls costs via budget management, enhances competitiveness with quotation management, and meets market demands through product optimization, helping the company succeed in the market. Support to define regional academy strategy, explore different business model and chances.

Key Tasks:

  1. Analyze regional training academies, create a division-of-labor plan, and ensure efficient training.
  2. Study industry finance, design a suitable model for the academy, and ensure financial compliance.
  3. Prepare an annual budget covering all costs and strictly control its implementation.
  4. Set up a budget-tracking mechanism, review execution regularly, and fix deviations.
  5. Support to define Regional Academy strategy, and as PMO for strategic project implementation.
  6. Explore business model and diverse business opportunities for Academy sustainable operation independently.
  7. Support diverse strategic topics, design future blueprint for China Region Academy development successfully with profit/revenue increase.
  8. Communicate with external partners, optimize cooperation, and cut costs.
  9. Gather market and competitor info and offer data-driven strategic suggestions.
  10. Devise risk-management strategies, identify risks, and plan countermeasures.

Qualification and skills:

Education: Bachelor's or higher in Business Admin, Finance, HR, etc. Courses in financial management, strategic management & organizational behavior. Project management or data analysis courses enhance skills.

Working experience: At least 3-5 years in consultant, finance, or training-related fields. Budget & cost control experience. Team communication & collaboration record. Market research & competitor analysis experience.
