Job Description

  • Lead and manage financial planning and analysis processes to support strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models to forecast business performance.
  • Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making.
  • Present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Director should have:

  • A strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning within the consumer/manufactory sector.
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial forecasting processes in both domestic and multinational companies.
  • Excellent skills in interpreting complex financial data and presenting findings clearly.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and relevant software tools.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A results-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
