Finance Intern

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Finance Controllership Team. This role will be based in Guangzhou. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Responsible for creating invoice lists; printing and scanning invoices; registering and deducting special VAT invoices.
• Assist in verifying related reimbursement vouchers; organizing and archiving reimbursement lists; sorting and binding accounting vouchers.
• Register and verify bank daily journals.
• Organize input tax deduction lists.
• Scan and archive documents.

What you need to have: 

• Preferably a major in finance or related fields.
• Basic proficiency in Office software.
• Detail-oriented, practical, and responsible in work.
• Internship duration of three months, preferably five days a week, at least four days, with a requirement to be in the office on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (remote work is allowed under special circumstances).
