As the Quality Engineer, you will work closely with our Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and supplier teams to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards across their lifecycle. You will help guide our products and projects from ideation through mass production by implementing world-class quality systems and processes, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement across supplier networks.
The successful candidate will have 15+ years of quality engineering experience in small home appliances (preferably kitchenware), with deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and testing methodologies. This individual will be a problem-solver with excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, and a proven ability to operate across multiple stakeholders and geographies. What you will do
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality systems across manufacturing partners in China.
  • Lead factory audits, inspections, and product reliability testing.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align on and validate quality standards.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and drive corrective/preventive actions.
  • Ensure compliance with international safety, performance, and reliability requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across product categories and manufacturing lines.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to both local and global teams.
Who you are
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in quality engineering for small home appliances, preferably kitchenware.
  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing techniques, processes, and materials.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to operate in multinational environments.
  • Based in Southern China with willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
