Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
HRBP Associate Director
to partner with business leaders in our pharmaceutical company. This role will act as a strategic advisor, driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement, while ensuring HR practices align with both business objectives and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior business leaders to understand strategic priorities and provide tailored HR solutions.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning for critical pharmaceutical functions (R&D, clinical, regulatory, commercial).
  • Drive performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and retention.
  • Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and career development in collaboration with C&B and L&D teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Support organizational change management initiatives, including digital transformation and global expansion.
  • Analyze HR metrics and deliver insights to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Mentor HR team members, building capability and fostering a high-performance HR function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in
    Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
    ; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or leadership role.
  • Strong background in the
    pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
    , with understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to design and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with experience using HR data to guide decisions.
