Location:
Shanghai

We are seeking a Game Designer to join the FC Mobile team. You will report to a Senior Game Designer and collaborate with a passionate team on one of the world's premier football game projects. You will be responsible for the numerical design of the in-game economy system, as well as the design of production and consumption for system modules. Additionally, we offer support for work-life balance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design and construction of the economic system, building the in-game economic cycle.
  • Collaborate with system planners to establish production and consumption for various system modules.
  • Contribute to designing the game's monetization plans.

Qualifications

  • 3-8 years of experience in numerical planning in the Chinese gaming industry.
  • Strong logical abilities and sensitivity to data.
  • Ability to build basic mathematical models.
  • Experience in launching and operating at least one mobile game.
  • Possess creativity, analytical skills, and a spirit of teamwork.
  • Excellent teamwork and work habits.
  • Over one year of interest and understanding in football games or competitions.
  • Basic spoken English communication skills and proficient written English expression skills.
