Job Description

• Lead & deploy general safety, contractor safety, fire safety, high-risk work management and emergency response in manufacturing site.
• 主导并实施运营工厂的通用安全、消防安全、高风险作业管理以及应急响应等相关项目。
• Establish and maintain a sustainable connection with local safety authorities and ensure full compliance of site safety practices with applicable local regulations.
• 建立并维持与当地安全监管机构稳固且可持续的合作关系,确保现场安全管理实践全面符合当地法规要求。
• Manage contractor/onsite service provider on EHS&S field.
• 监督承包商和驻厂服务商的EHS&S管理。
• Develop site-specific procedures and programs based on corporate guidance, regulatory standards, and best practices.
• 根据公司指导方针、法规要求及行业最佳实践,制定适用于具体场所的安全管理程序和项目。
• Partners with associates at all levels including frequent interaction with middle and senior management at the business location and occasional interaction with regulatory authorities.

• Provide technical support and guidance on EHS standards and best practices to various facility stakeholders.

• Participating in and support EHS projects, Risk Assessments, and ensure identified action are incorporated into the site tracking process.

• Document all EHS reviews at various stage-gates and manage measures to achieve action closure in a timely manner.

• Participate in all stages of the vendor technical review, contributing an EHS perspective, providing solution-based support.
• 全程参与供应商技术评审,提供 EHS 视角并支持基于解决方案的建议与改进。
• Conduct incident/accident investigation and corrective action and preventive action follow up。
• 进行事件、事故调查和追踪纠正预防措施。
• Provide technical support to the System Owner group to facilitate compliance with J&J Safety expectations, and incorporate lessons learned and best practice solutions.
• 向系统负责人团队提供技术支持,协助其符合强生公司安全方面的要求,并整合经验教训与最佳实践方案。
• Support other project EHS functions to ensure project EHS deliverables meet schedule and budget obligations.
• 支持其他项目的 EHS 职能,确保相关交付成果符合项目进度及预算要求。
• Maintain and report on EHS KPIs and other project KPIs throughout the project and facility lifecycle.
• 在项目及设施生命周期内持续维护并汇报 EHS 关键绩效指标(KPI)及其他项目相关指标。
• Facilitate EHS training for large and small groups as well as coaching trainers to execute on EHS training materials.
• 组织开展大规模及小型 EHS 培训,并指导培训师有效实施培训材料。
• Support China campus EHS issue as required.
• 支持强生中国区 EHS 事务;
• Other assignment from direct supervisor.

• Essential Qualifications / 任职资格要求
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in EHS, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• 拥有 EHS、工程、理科或相关专业的本科及以上学历,或具备同等资质。
• Technical/working knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations in general safety, contractor safety, fire safety, high-risk work management and emergency response.
• 熟悉国家、省市及地方在通用安全,承包商管理,消防安全,风险作业管理以及应急响应方面的相关法规与要求。
• Ability to quickly interpret complex regulatory issues and provide recommended course of action.
• 能够快速理解复杂的法规问题并提出可行的应对建议。
• Experience in general safety management, fire safety and contractor management within the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors.
• 具备医疗器械或制药行业的一般安全管理、消防安全及承包商管理相关经验。
• A minimum of 1 years of experience in EHS roles.
• 至少一年 EHS 相关岗位工作经验。
• Skills / 技能要求

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working in a team delivery environment.
